Talk to Christine

In 4 weeks, your whole company works the way you do with AI.

Right now you are the only one getting outsized results from AI. Christine and the AI Simplifier team build that same capability into every person on your team, so the quality of everything they touch starts climbing.

One Team. One AI.

Talk to Christine

You went through the AI Sprint for Founders. You already know what your team is about to get. This is the same sprint, run privately for your company and built around the work your team does every day.

Bringing this to a team you lead but did not go through the sprint yourself? Keep reading. You will see exactly what your founder saw.

Christine Rivett
Led by Christine Rivett. Join the 371 founders and team members who have completed the sprint.

You rate yourself a 7 or 8 on AI.
Your team is at a 4.

When AI went mainstream, you told your team to start using it. They did. Nobody gave them a roadmap.

Each person worked from whatever skill and confidence they walked in with. Now you have three groups on your team, and the gap between them gets wider every week.

Group 1

The resistors.

They do not trust AI and they do not think it sounds like them. They see the layoff headlines, connect the dots, and stay quiet. So they stay stuck at the starting line while everyone else moves.

Group 2

The dabblers.

They use AI to write email, and the slop bleeds through to your clients and prospects. They are eroding your company voice, and nobody realizes it is happening.

Group 3

The advanced.

A few people love AI and have tinkered since the start. They get tactical results, but their ceiling is the foundation they never got. The sprint hands them the strategies the tactics sit on, and the same hours of work start to compound.

When your whole team works with AI strategically, the quality of everything they produce goes up. Sharper thinking, better work, week after week.

You upgraded yourself. Now upgrade everyone.

The Founder Sprint made one person fluent. You. And a fluent founder inside a company that is not fluent is still the ceiling. Every idea you have, every project you hand off, lands on a team that cannot move at your speed yet.

The AI Fluent Company is the company version of what you already went through. Same sprint, run privately for your whole team and built around your business. The same mindsets, vocabulary, and tools, learned by everyone at the same time, whether they walked in as a resistor, a dabbler, or an advanced user.

And the questions that used to land on your desk start getting answered inside the team.

The Question

"Picture your leadership meeting 90 days from now. Your team is bringing you work that is sharper than what you would have produced yourself, because they are using AI to think, not just to type. Nobody told them to. What would have to be true for that to be real?"

Is this for you?

This is not for every company. Four things have to be true.

1
At least one person on your leadership team has completed the AI Sprint for Founders, or will go through it alongside the team sprint. The team sprint installs the same mindsets the founder went through. If nobody in leadership has gone first, the team session is talking past everyone in the room.
2
Your team is 25 or more people. Each cohort is capped at 50 so live sessions stay interactive. Larger than 50, and we run cohorts in parallel so your whole company arrives fluent together. Smaller teams belong in the open AI Sprint for Teams.
3
The founder or leadership team will attend the onboarding call and the wrap-up call. Your visibility at the start and the finish is what tells the team this is serious.
4
You will give your team the time, space, and AI tools to practice on their work. The sprint runs on the obstacles and opportunities in front of your team right now. Without time to practice, the new mindsets will not last.
Want to do both at the same time? If nobody on your leadership team has done the Founder Sprint yet, you can run it in parallel with the team sprint. We will walk you through the schedule on your call.

"The sprint dramatically increased our effectiveness and helped me cut down the time I spend on what were once my most time-consuming tasks."

Harmony, Executive Assistant to Jordan, X-caliber

The first company that ran it.

Jordan Blanchard, X-caliber
X-caliber, sponsored by Jordan Blanchard

X-caliber ran this as a private cohort last quarter. 50 people across the company, four weeks, Christine running it live, with custom tools built on their own workflows.

Those tools are still in use. The team shares the same vocabulary in standups. And Jordan stopped being the person every team member pings with their AI questions.

"[FRESH QUOTE PENDING. Christine is Frankensteining the three expert drafts and sending to Jordan for approval. Working draft direction: lead with 'We ran it company wide built on copilot since that was already our stack.' Then the wrestled-with decision: a few people vs the whole team, and why running it across the team is what actually moved the company.]" Jordan Blanchard, Co-Founder, X-caliber

What waiting costs you.

Every quarter you delay, the gap between your advanced users and the rest of your team gets wider. The resistors dig in deeper. The dabblers ship more slop you cannot see.

And your few advanced people start wondering whether they are at the right company, because they are the ones moving fast and pulling against everyone who is not.

The founders who move first build a company-wide capability competitors cannot copy in a quarter. The ones who wait spend the next two years trying to catch up to where the first movers already were.

What you get.

01

Christine and the AI Simplifier team, in your corner for 4 weeks.

Christine Rivett runs all four weeks of live sessions for your team. The cohort is built around the AI tools your team already uses, so the prompts, frameworks, and custom tools live inside your company's stack from day one.

02

The forever knowledge library.

Every recording, framework, prompt, worksheet, and custom tool lives in the AI Simplifier portal for life, for every person in the cohort.

03

Your forward roadmap.

A 30-day post-sprint check-in plus a forward-looking roadmap conversation. We map where the team is now and what to build next so the momentum keeps compounding.

04

Weekly 60-minute drop-in office hours.

Each week your team has a 60-minute drop-in office hour to ask questions and work through obstacles outside the live session. Optional, not required. A private space for your team only, never shared with the open cohorts.

Your investment.

One price for your team. Every cohort caps at 50 and runs privately for your team alone.

$25,000

One private cohort, run live for your team over four weeks.

More than 50 people on your team? Book a time and we will scope it together.

We do not do per-seat math. You are not buying seats. You are buying a private cohort built around your business: your work as the context, your tools as the stack, your team in the room together, and weekly drop-in office hours that belong to your team alone.

Our promise to you.

If the founder and leadership team show up for the onboarding and the wrap, and you give your team the time to practice on their work, your team will measurably move on the 1-to-10 AI scale by the end of four weeks.

If we score the team at the 30-day check-in and the move is not there, Christine runs a second four-week cohort for your team at no additional cost.

What happens after you say yes.

  1. A 45-minute onboarding call with Christine, the founder, and leadership. We score the team on the 1-to-10 AI scale, lock the dates, and pick the work the sprint will run on.
  2. Four weeks of live sessions with Christine. One per week, focused on the work your team does every day.
  3. Weekly 60-minute drop-in office hours across the four weeks. Optional, not required. A private space for your team to ask questions and work through obstacles outside the live sessions.
  4. A 30-day check-in plus the forward roadmap conversation. We re-score the team, capture the wins, and lock the plan for what to build next.

The team you walk out with.

What team members say.

From people who went through the AI Sprint for Teams.

"Work that used to take hours, such as reviewing documents, preparing summaries, drafting emails, building templates, and standardizing workflows, now takes minutes. I feel capable of using it as a true assistant that helps automate repetitive work, improve our SOPs, and support better decision making."

Helyor BravoLand Perc

"One of the biggest shifts for me was learning how AI can truly function as a full-time partner in my role as a Service Coordinator. A major benefit has been being able to refine my messaging so it sounds natural, professional, and aligned with my own voice rather than overly robotic."

Christian JaquezGlobalMac IT

"The 30-Day AI Sprint gave me clarity, confidence, and momentum. The Sprint helped me feel less overwhelmed, more capable, and more confident taking action."

Kara BahnsenX-Caliber Rural Capital

"The time saving tools, improving workflow, organizing your day, how to create the agent or prompt were all extremely useful and immediately applicable. My timelines for projects were organized, ideas and analysis of data became easier."

Christine Rivett

Christine Rivett

Christine has worked hands-on with AI since 2022. She has trained 371 founders and team members through AI Simplifier's sprints and works one-on-one with founders to identify exactly how AI fits into their workflows.

The questions founders ask.

How is this different from the open AI Sprint for Teams?

The open Sprint for Teams is for companies with fewer than 25 people, or for individuals from different companies. The AI Fluent Company is your team only. Same content, applied to your business, your data, and your bottlenecks, plus a support stack that is yours, not shared with anyone outside your team.

Why not just send three people from my team to the open cohort?

Sending a few people teaches a few people. And the few you send are usually your advanced users, the volunteers, so the resistors and dabblers, the people actually holding the company back, never get touched. Three trained people come back into a company that still does not speak the language, hit the same wall you hit, and the energy fades. The whole team going through it together is the only thing that moves the company.

My team is afraid AI is here to take their jobs. Will they engage?

That fear is real and it is the first thing we address. Week 1 is about how AI helps your team do more of what they enjoy by handing off the tedious parts. The trust comes first. The tools come next.

What if my team pushes back on the time commitment?

Four weeks of live sessions, roughly an hour each, plus optional weekly drop-in office hours. The bulk of the work happens on projects your team is already doing, so the time is folded into work, not added on top. The single biggest factor is whether you and your leadership give the team explicit permission to make space. When leadership makes it clear that this learning is the work, the team shows up.

What if a new hire joins after the sprint ends?

Send them through the open AI Sprint for Teams. They get the live experience that made the team sprint work, not a recording to watch in their bedroom on their own time. Live and in a room with other people is what moves them.

What does the founder or leadership team need to do?

Show up for the onboarding call and the wrap call. Give your team explicit permission to make space for this during the sprint. Provide the AI tools your company is standardizing on.

90 days from now, your whole company has a capability your competitors cannot copy in a quarter. Every group on your team moving forward together, raising the quality of everything they touch.
